Hi, I'm Bridgett—a Seattle native, therapist, and artist. I’m so glad you’re here.

At the heart of my work as a licensed mental health counselor is a deep commitment to earning your trust and honoring the sacredness of the therapeutic space. Looking back, the seeds of becoming a therapist were planted early. As a child, I was fiercely independent, endlessly curious, and a bit nosy—in the best way. If someone had a story to tell, I was right there, listening intently. My adult neighbors generously welcomed me into their worlds, allowing me to witness their lives and share in their experiences. Those early moments taught me what it means to listen with care and engage others with both respect and curiosity.

It wasn’t until I had already spent a decade in another industry (which I also loved) that I began to realize the foundation my childhood had given me. Over time, that same curiosity became a clinical strength—helping me tune into the stories behind the words. With years of direct service, ongoing education, and clinical training in evidence-based therapy, I now help individuals reimagine themselves—whole, grounded, and restored through a Christian based therapy approach.

When I’m not in the therapy space, you’ll find me with my close-knit circle of loved ones, traveling, or feeding my creative soul. My relationship with Jesus Christ anchors me and continues to shape how I show up in the world.
