Therapy is a collaborative process.  Together, we identify barriers, establish goals of care, and develop a treatment strategy that promotes confidence, change, and stability.  I also coordinate with prescribers, providing clinical insight and communication to support symptom monitoring to reduce the risk of decompensation.

In addition to one-on-one therapy, I express my passion for mental health through creative media and blogging.  I use film and storytelling to spark conversation, foster connection, and raise awareness.  The Purest Seed's platform serves as a space for dialogue around mental and spiritual wellness.  I collaborate with professionals across disciplines to produce stories that reflect the real-life journeys of individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges. My mission is to normalize these conversations and offer encouragement through both therapy and creative expression.
